There are 530 km from Maputo to Tofu! And the road is good most of the way. Inhambane is a  nice town with a lot of nice accommodations. In Tofu, on the contrary, the Mozambican hospitality ends and South Africa begins. All accounts is made up in Rand because the head office is in SA.
