Anyone who thinks this is racist should check out history - even though they may have been exploited by colonisers decades and centuries ago, things were well run and maintained.  They get freedom and the economy and infrastructure collapses.  Zimbabwe, Nigeria and all those other countries are prime examples of African decay which unfortunately proves to the world that Africa cannot govern and look after herself properly.
