document.write("Maybe Mr Kerzner should stop to thank the people who made his hotel possible as they are still waiting to be thanked for the family sacrifes they made so that he can have his hotel 3 months ahead of schedule enabling him to enjoy 3 months' additional revenue.  Some of his contractors' wives and family were left alone night after night, weekend after weekend, till early hours of the morning with babies of only a few weeks old, etc.  He should appreciate that he has not done this on his own but at the expense of others and a mere verbal \"thank you\" would have been in better taste.  . Also, clearly your hands-on knowledge of contracting is limited as not much option was given but to deliver your best service at all times, no matter what time of day or week and, yes, I thank my sub-ordinates when due, and my superiors always thank me.
