British Airways is serving up a feast of six new flights from London City Airport this year, with the likes of Mahon (Menorca), Angers (Loire Valley), Quimper (Brittany), Venice (Italy), the Isle of Man and Aberdeen (both UK).
All the well timed morning departures mean customers can be in each of the new destinations in time to enjoy one of their local specialty food dishes.
So whether it’s Menorcan cheese, Loire Valley wine, Quimper shell fish, Venetian ice cream, Manx kippers or Aberdeen Angus steak there’s plenty of choice for lunch.
The addition of the new routes means a total of 23 destinations in the UK, Europe and the USA will be served by British Airways from London City Airport.
Luke Hayhoe, general manager commercial said: “We are very excited about the launch of the new routes, most of which are completely new destinations for London City Airport and offer our customers even more holiday choices . We’re sure that these new routes coupled with British Airways’ all inclusive fares and London City’s unique 20 minute check-in time with luggage will be a hit this summer.”
British Airways offers all inclusive fares to all destinations, which include a 23kg luggage allowance, free on-line check-in and seat selection 24 hours before departure and complimentary food and drink on board.
