Montecasino is the largest of Gauteng?s five casinos, both in terms of capital investment and number of gaming positions.
With average attendance figures in excess of 30 000 people per day, Montecasino has been extremely well received by the public. The last three weeks have seen four patrons driving brand new cars off the casino floor. On 29 November a Landrover Freelander and
R54 860 was won on the Freedom Finder progressive, with two more being won in the following two weeks. In keeping with the Italian theme of the complex, an Alpha Romeo can be won on the R1 Grand Premio progressive, with the first of its kind being won on 6 December, along with R5 591 in cash.
