Upmarket safari operator &Beyond will launch their third 'under canvas' product in Botswana later this year, with the September opening of 'Moremi Under Canvas' in the renowned Moremi Game Reserve.

Together with &Beyond?s Under Canvas mobile tented camps in Chobe National Park and Savute, this new product will offer travellers the opportunity to explore another of Botswana?s diverse wilderness areas.

The Moremi Under Canvas camp will be positioned at exclusive semi-permanent campsites throughout the vast floodplains, open grasslands and thick forests of the wildlife-rich Moremi Game Reserve. The intimate camp will feature just five ensuite safari tents which can be booked on a nightly basis. Each tent will feature a comfortable double bed, en-suite bathroom, flush toilet and bucket shower.

The guest areas will comprise spacious tents for dining, meeting for a pre-dinner drink or just whiling the time away between safaris. Warm, hospitable camp staff will cater to guests? every need, while delicious meals and traditional bush dinners will be served under the stars. &Beyond-trained guides will host guests on exciting twice-daily game drives in semi-open 4x4 safari vehicles.

Moremi Under Canvas will be open from 14 September - 3 January 2011. The camp will be closed annually from January to September; however, &Beyond Savute Under Canvas will be open from March to September, enabling &Beyond?s guests to enjoy its Under Canvas product in Botswana almost year round.
