Google has added a nifty new feature to its Maps app that will make sure you never miss a travel experience ever again.
It happens all too often – whether exploring your own city or a new one, you miss out on attractions all around you. Why? You probably just forgot they’re there.
Well, those days are over, and Google’s come to the rescue with some nifty innovation.
The tech giant has unveiled ‘Lists’, a feature that allows Maps users to save locations to custom lists on their devices.
“Simply open the Google Maps app and find that BBQ spot you’ve been wanting to try,” says Google. “Tapping on the place name and then the “Save” icon adds the place to one of several pre-set lists like “Want to Go” or “Favorites.”
The feature is designed to ensure that Maps users make the most of their time, no matter where in the world they are.
Best of all, the lists can be shared via social media and instant messaging – so that when you find the world’s best burger joint, or the most spectacular view in the city, you can let your buddies know about it.
