The passion of young people to discover the world around them is one of the oldest human traditions. This tradition is alive and well today as people everywhere strike out on their chosen path of exploration.

Whether travelling to work, study, learn a new language, or simply for the thrill of adventure, these travel experiences provide you with first-hand insight into other lands and cultures - and an insight into yourself, that can last a lifetime.

A Working Adventure is a low-cost, self-financing way to see other countries. In most cases, your earnings will more than pay for all your living costs while abroad and in some cases they can even cover your travel costs as well. Some Working Adventures even subsidise your airfare in advance!

For almost 30 years, SASTS Working Adventures, has played an integral role in facilitating student and youth travel. As a not-for-profit organisation, SASTS Working Adventures is able to keep all costs to a minimum, while still maintaining the highest levels of back-up support services.

All SASTS Working Adventures' staff have been on one of their programmes. In this way they ensure you receive sound advice from their first-hand experience.
