Beachcomber Hotels has introduced a new bed and breakfast rate for its Mauritius resorts and its Seychelles property, Sainte Anne Resort & Spa. The new booking option will be added effective 1 November.
The company said the new option reflected online booking trends and had been introduced to enable travel agents to offer a competitive alternative. However, it noted, for the South African market, half-board and all-inclusive options were still expected to be the most popular.
National Sales & Marketing Manager, Joanne Visagie, advised: "Clients choosing the bed and breakfast rate will be charged separately for dinners at the hotel at the same price they would have been charged for pre-paying them in South Africa. They would, however, lose out on the substantial early bird saving of 25 percent per person, in addition to any additional offers which were applicable, including long stay specials, repeat client offers, which are valid for most of the year."
